Arctic Matters Booklet
Anne developed this 36-page booklet for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. It is intended for policy makers, researchers and other stakeholders and presents an overview of the ways climate-related changes in the Arctic impact us all.
Anne interviewed stakeholders and gathered source material from more than a dozen expert reports of the National Research Council and other organizations to develop the booklet’s initial outline. She then synthesized this body of work into a concise and digestible draft and conducted extensive image research to identify imagery to add visual appeal and complement the booklet’s content.
The product was well-received by the client and has been widely disseminated. It was adapted and excerpted in an article published in Transportation Research News: Getting Around in a More Accessible Arctic.
