Drinking Water Booklet
Ever think about where your tap water comes from? You’ll see this critical resource in a new way once you know the full story.
Anne wrote the content for this 28-page booklet for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. She also conducted image research, interfaced with expert reviewers to ensure the booklet accurately reflected key science and policy messages from National Research Council reports, and adapted the booklet’s content into an online resource.
The booklet is intended for lay audiences and provides an overview of the science and policy issues surrounding drinking water, including drinking water sources and treatment, management challenges, public health topics, and water’s regulatory framework.
