Ocean Science Series

Anne oversaw development of this five-booklet series on ocean science and stewardship while a Communications Officer at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. She was lead writer for the booklets, conducted image research and oversaw the development of graphics, and worked closely with expert reviewers to ensure consistency and accuracy of the content.

Each booklet draws from numerous expert reports from the National Research Council and underwent an extensive review process involving multiple scientific experts and other stakeholders.

Topics include the value of ocean exploration, fisheries policy, pollution, ocean hazards and more.
